The current generation of highly sensitive and stable ion-selective electrodes with solid internal contact for the control of natural, industrial and wastewater treatment, including aggressive, biological environments, soil sediments. 
All ion-selective electrodes admitted in the State register of measuring instruments under ¹ 29004-05 and approved for use in the Russian Federation. 

Modern ion-selective electrodes can be divided into several classes according to the sensitive membrane material: glass, with crystal and PVC membranes
 
Crystal electrodes: high-speed sensors with long working resource and stable characteristics. Do not allow the operation of these electrodes in solutions containing strong oxidants and organic solvents, solvents, or destroy the material of the body. 

Chalcogenide glass electrodes: membranes ion-selective glass chalcogenide glass electrodes are made of special chalcogenide glass composition based on chalcogenides of various chemical elements - arsenic, antimony, copper, silver. Ion-selective electrodes with spherical membranes on the basis of chalcogenide glasses are chemically and corrosion resistant in aggressive environments. The use of glass electrodes is not possible in solutions containing hydrofluoric acid or its salts. 

Film electrodes: electrodes with polyvinyl film membrane, significantly expands the possibilities of modern ionometry in the analysis of anions and cations. Membrane requires careful handling, it is not rubbing or mechanically cleaned. When these electrodes are used not allowed presence of solvents or substances destroying PVC. 


Ion-selective electrodes can be used together with different types ionomerov - a series of «expert», series «Anions», series «Ekotest», I-130, pH-150M, E-500, I-410 and the others. 

More than 500 enterprises, including "Himprom (Volgograd), Inc."
